I am a Site manager with Experience in and around The Shopfitting, Retail Display and leisure Industry. Experienced from CAD drawing to Final fix. My background in construction has afforded me with a sound knowledge of Material management.
Site Managed Project’s within: The Nova Building Victoria London, Premier inn, Butlins, Supermarkets, pubs, Restaurants , schools, universities, offices & retail. Alongside 22 years of tool experience within Museums, Concept BHS Stores, Morrisons, HSBC Banks, KFC, Tesco , allied carpets , shoe shops ,DIY stores , amongst many others.

I was the site manager responsible for delivering the very successful premier inn Braunstone ( Leicester ) and Premier inn chessington ( London ) premier inn ( worcester ) premier inn ( Enfield ) project values are listed below. I have also had the privilege of working within the butlins holiday villages delivering restaurants and holiday chalets across all three venues ( minehead , skegness , bognor ,) my latest completed project was premier inn Enfield London

57 bedroom new build extension with undercroft parking a full reception upgrade/ refurbishment 5no treasure hunt room were also added to the existing hotel a new car Park with a large attenuation tank and pumping station was installed.

Premier inn worcester was an 18 bedroom extension and plant room to the original hotel along with a restaurant refurbishment a new car Park including 278works a cycle store and disabled adaptations to 2no existing rooms. Project value was 1.8 million

This project was a two million pound new build development on a premium plot in the heart of worcester. this project was delivered on time and within budget to a very happy client.

I was also trained on using other machines around me in the machine shop which included Spindle moulder, Planer/Thicknesser, Panel Saw, Heat press and Lathe.
